Tafi Abuipe: One of the major Kente-weaving centre

Tafi Abuipe is a small village to the southwest of Tafi Atome and is one of the major kente-weaving centres in Ghana. Its also the best place to visit because most of the weavers work outdoors.
Kente-weaving, with its colourful geometric designs, is an ancient Ghanian craft, popularly associated with Asante but also practiced in the area around Ho and Hohoe.
